Girl Behind the iPhone Tripod
I grew up in a small town outside of Atlanta, GA and loved living on sprawling acres with lots of room to run. When I became college age, I decided I needed to move to a bigger, but not huge, city. I had my sights on the Schwob School of Music at Columbus State University, and Columbus was a larger town than my hometown, so it was a perfect fit.
My time at the Schwob School of Music was full of hard work and more rewards than I could have imagined. While in college for vocal performance, I become the first vocalist from the school to be chosen to compete on a national level of NATS in Las Vegas, Nevada, was honored with three 1st place wins on a state level, and spent a summer touring in Italy performing in Gianni Schicchi by Giacomo Puccini.
After I graduated from college, I decided I had all I wanted of the professional music industry and was looking to make a career change. During the same time, I met and married my fantastic husband, Ben, and we began talking incessantly about real estate. We knew we wanted to pursue it, we just didn’t know where to start. Within a year I was a licensed Realtor in GA and AL and we bought our first home and two investment properties. I have been in love with my career ever since.
When I was starting out as a Realtor, I became the business and social media manager of a high-powered agent I admired greatly, and realized I had fallen in love with social media management as well. I began managing social media for a few other local business and found it was one of the most fulfilling jobs I have ever had.
These days, I do both jobs in tandem. I am still a highly competitive Realtor and am happy to take clients from offer to close on either side of the Chattahoochee. I still manage the social media of the agent I respect the most. And I still take on additional clients for social media management. If you need a Realtor or you want to maximize profits for yourself or your business through social media, shoot me a text, give me a call, or send an email.
